How To Subscribe
In order to subscribe to Mobision service, the subscriber should have the below kit:
- Compatible Handsets & PCs
Handsets requiring Mobision dongle:
- Nokia: E71 , E72 , E75 , E90 , N95 , N97 , N97 Mini and Xpress Music 5800
- Blackberry: Bold 9000 & 9700, Curve 8900 and 8250
- I-Phone: 2G, 3G & 3GS
- PC: Windows XP (SP4 recommended), Windows Vista (SP4 recommended) and Windows7.
Handsets requiring a Mobision MicroSD:
- Samsung P960
- Quantum pocket TV
- Mobision Dongle
This Unique Device, exclusively developed by Mobision, assures mobile TV signal reception if customers’ devices (Smartphone, PCs) do not have mobile TV features essential for DVB-H transmission. It transmits mobile TV signal via Wi-Fi.
When purchasing a Mobision dongle, the Package should contain the following:
- Mobision dongle device
- Li-ion battery
- USB Cable
- USB power Adaptor
- User’s manual
- CD driver for PC, Handsets and Smart Phones applications.
- Micro SD
Mobision’s MicroSD is used with validated Mobision DVBH handsets mentioned above. Mobision uses Micro-SD cards to secure the broadcasted content, based on latest encryption mechanism, to provide efficiency and authenticity.
You can recharge:
- Through Sms: The application guides you to send your 14 digits scratch card number to a special short code depending on your mobile operator. SMS short codes:
- Asiacell: 1400
- Zain IQ: 6500
- Through Phone call: Zain Iraq customers can call 7373 and Asiacell customers can call 09003111, select the language then go to menu 2 to follow the instructions
- Through Mobision Customer Service: You can recharge by simply Dialing our contact center number, chose your preferred language then press the * key for customer service assistance
- Through Mobision website: click here
Keep your Mobision handset application on for a couple of minutes while after recharging so your service gets activated.
